Saturday 8:00 pm - 6:00 pm

Aim of Training

  • Advanced pranayama techniques
  • Sequence intermediate and advanced asana practice
  • Advanced Mudras and Bandhas and its integration with Meditation techniques
  • Anatomy and physiology the major systems of the physical and energetic bodies.
  • Study and sequencing of Sivananda Series
  • Study and sequencing of the Yin Yoga practice
  • Deeper understanding of the chakras
  • Study of the flow of energy in the astral channels
  • Patanjali Yoga sutras - 196 aphorisms of the Sage Patanjali
  • Study and sequencing of Restorative Practice
  • Breakdown of advanced asana practice (modifications / alignments / adjustments)
  • Bhagwad Gita understanding of the Karma Yoga (selfless actions); Bhakti Yoga (devotion to practice); Raja Yoga (introspection and self-study); and Gyana Yoga (yoga of wisdom).

300 Hour Teacher Training Application

Please read the entire application, initial the paragraphs in “Affirmations” and sign the Agreement below. Once application is received, we will contact you with acceptance then you will go online to pay deposit of $250 which goes towards your tuition. Please note that your deposit fee is non-refundable. Please submit your application as soon as possible to reserve your place in the Program. After receiving your application, the Program Director will contact you to review your application before making a final admissions decision.
